Though Storm's movie costume was clearly influenced by her comic book duds anyway, this artwork reveals that her outfit could have been much more faithful to the character's classic "punk" look...
Yesterday's Jean Grey concept art confirmed that a more comic-faithful costume was being considered for the character in X-Men: Apocalypse at one point, and now we have this alternate Storm design from Philip Boutte Jr., which showcases an outfit reminiscent of Ororo's classic Uncanny X-Men clobber.
